GRACE
Grace came to us
through a call to the Sheriff's Dept. from an older lady stating that there
was a vicious dog at her back door. Grace was just cold and hungry and could
not hear the woman telling her to go away. The nice officer took Grace in
and brought her to us. Even though Grace is deaf she is very smart and learned
sign language in her foster home. She was adopted to a good home with a
Black Lab "Bodie" and 2 children whom she adored. However, she started having
issues with Bodie and was demonstrating some dominance issues that we felt
were very inappropriate and unnerving. Grace was gently assisted over the
bridge in the caring arms of her foster mom and now runs free in a place
where she is understood and loved by all
