BOOMER
1999 to August 27, 2003

Boomer was approximately 4 years old when he was surrendered to Boxer Rescue because his owner could no longer care for him. We are not sure what was in Boomer's past, but he was a solitary dog. He rarely sought out human companionship and NEVER sought the companionship of the other dogs. His second foster home felt that if they "devoted more time to him, worked on forming a bond with him that he would come out of his shell and want to please us and be with us, like most Boxers." This never happened and he just wasn't able to adjust to life with humans. Boomer was assisted to the Bridge with loving care where he can run free chasing balls without worries or fears.
Rest in Peace Boomer!
