Our Success Stories
AUGGIE
This little 7 month
old cutie is Auggie. He came to us from the York, NE shelter. His owner got
evicted from his house for having the dog. So, now owner AND dog are homeless
and the dog landed at the shelter. He was VERY thin and has suffered some sunburn.
Auggie found his forever
fabulous home with a family who had fostered/adopted a previous rescue baby
from us. Lady passed away after a brave battle with a brain tumor and the family
was devastated. She was a great dog!!! They knew they could not be without a
boxer for too long...and along came Auggie. He is great with the kids, tolerating
the cat (don't most Boxers?) and living the GOOD LIFE! Thanks to all involved
in his success story!!!
